Get fit with your colleagues:

Come to Health Club The Base before, during or after work. Our professional fitness coaches will help you get started and provide you with a tailor-made training routine. Can’t decide if you want to exercise by yourself or in a group? Just try both! Our memberships start at €24,95. With this membership you have access to fitness, groupfitness and you shower facilities! 

A good start:

You don’t have to exercise for hours the first time you come. Half an hour is a good start. You and you colleagues could even decide to exercise during your lunch break.

Training:

Our coaches are happy to help, with a training program that suits your needs and fitness level. To get you started, we provide with a personal program that tells you exactly which exercises you need to do to work on your strength and fitness. If you have any questions, just ask one of the coaches. They will assist you and give you advice about exercising, diet and a healthy lifestyle. Need more help? Our personal trainers can help you reach your goals! Are you looking for personal training? We offer personal training at a very good price and we always have the opportunity to try a session for free!

Facilities:

Needless to say, our location is equipped with spacious changing rooms and showers. Very convenient if you want to exercise during your lunch break or after hours.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Health Club The Base also offers physiotherapy. Our physiotherapists are available on Tuesday and Thursday, making it easy to schedule an appointment during office hours. Being familiar with your place of work and working conditions, the physiotherapists are able to provide specific advice and assistance.  

Make an appointment if you start feeling physical discomfort. It could really help to prevent your complaint from getting worse.

Getting acquainted

During the first appointment you will discuss your complaint and lifestyle with your  physiotherapist. A complete picture will make it possible for the physiotherapists to help you improve. Together you will make a plan that fits your wishes and lifestyle.

Our group lessons are unique and offer a wide range of training possibilities for beginners as well as more experienced people. Our training is divided in Health & Core, Strength, Body & Mind, Cardio and Power & Fun. Group lessons range from yoga to indoor cycling, pump, kickboxing and much more.
